The first time you will register. After that, payments are three easy steps. You can pay immediately, schedule a payment or set up Auto-Pay for the amount of your bill (Auto-pays must be set up online).

Viewing your bill or balance due are free services. Convenience fees apply to electronic payments:

  • $1 for check and savings
  • 2.75% charge (+ $.50 if less than $100) for credit and debit card payments
